Conditions
of Tenancy
- A
deposit of 25% is payable on booking and
is not refundable in the event of
cancellation at any time. The balance
must be paid four weeks prior to entry,
and no entry will be given unless it has
been paid. In the event of subsequent
cancellation, the balance is refundable
only if another tenant can be found, and
after deduction of the cost of any
advertising required. Where bookings are
made less than four weeks in advance of
entry the full rent is payable on booking
- Tenants
undertake to pay for all broken or
missing contents, furniture, fixtures and
fittings
- Tenants
undertake to leave the premises in a
clean and tidy condition
- Tenants
cannot sub-let the premises and agree to
take all reasonable care and precautions
to prevent damage while in possession,
fair wear and tear excepted
- Only
the number of persons advised on booking
may occupy the premises unless otherwise
agreed. The number must not exceed four
- Cars
and personal possessions are left at
tenant's own risk
- The
owner does not accept liability for any
loss or damage which may be sustained by
the tenant during their stay. Every
effort will be made to return lost
property to the tenant
- All
weekly tenancies will commence at 4.00 pm
on Saturday and terminate at 10.00 am on
Saturday
